What is preordering?
When fabric is close to arriving we may list some products to be bought as a ‘preorder’. This means that you order and pay for the fabric, but it wont be sent to you until we receive the fabric.

Ordering other items
If you are happy to wait for your ‘instock’ items to be delayed until the ‘preordered’ fabric arrives then order it all together. However if there is a fabric you want sent now then please place a separate order.

Do I pay now?
Yes, please pay for your order like normal, this will ensure that your order is shipped as soon as it arrives.

Fabric arrival
The ETA given is an estimate only. There can be delays in shipping, customs and delivery of the goods. If there are delays we will post notification on the front page of the website and often by newsletter, so please check for updates before emailing us.
