There is a flat rate of $8 for all orders. If you would like your order express posted please email me for a quote before midday and I will do everything I can to get it posted by 6pm. Your order will be posted within 3 days of payment being received. I use Fastway Couriers or Australia Post, depending on who will get your order o you fastest and cheapest. International Orders I use Australia Post for international orders, you can get a quote for postage costs on the Australia Post website. Insurance I take great care
in packaging products, and will not be responsible for any loss or damage of
goods during postal transit. For this reason I reccomend you purchase insurance
to cover your purchase. Please tell me that you would like insurance at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges Please contact me if you are in any way unhappy with your purchase and I will do everything I can to fix the problem. If you are unhappy with your products you can return them within 14 days for a full refund, exchange or credit (less postage costs) if the item has not been washed or used. Fabrics and notions are cut to order, making it a it more difficult for me to re-sell, so please choose carefully before you purchase. However if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 5 days and you can return it uncut and unwashed for a refund or store credit (less postage). Faulty items If you are unhappy with the quality of your purchase I am happy to replace it if it is uncut and unwashed. If there is a problem after washing, please contact me. Please contact me for all 'non fabric' products as some carry a manufacturers warranty.
